Returns & Exchanges

Mobile Case UK offer 30 days warranty. If you find the product is damaged or defective you need to contact us as soon as possible.

Steps:

1 - Contact Customer Service through email at service@mobilecaseuk.co.uk within 30 days.

2 – Email picture to show damage or defect.

3 – Customer Service will issue a Returns Number that you should enclose with item and return it to: -

5 - After receiving package, we will process your replacement or refund.

6 - Customer Service will contact you with details regarding replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for the return postage and we would recommend that you acquire Proof of Postage from your Post Office.


All items must be returned in their original packaging and we accept no responsibility for incorrectly ordered items. Colour differences as shown on the device you are ordering from may differ slightly depending on the device. We do try to describe the colour of items to the best of our ability.
